Ten years ago, Tom McCoy helped my stepmother and me find and purchase a beautiful house in Gainesville and we were very happy with the service that he provided. When my stepmother passed away recently, it was my responsibility to sell the house, and I was living in Boston at the time. Therefore I was relieved to find that Tom McCoy was still in the Atlanta area. He took control of the situation and went above and beyond to sell the house for me, working closely with me for many months. The situation was complicated by the fact that the house had fallen into disrepair in the intervening years and Tom's background in home renovations and repairs was invaluable as he arranged for the repairs needed to restore the house to its previous pristine condition. His marketing of the house was excellent and his knowledge of the house was so good that the buyers kept coming back to him for information rather than going to their own broker. I've sold a fair number of houses in my life but I've never worked with a broker who was as dedicated to getting the job done (and done right) as Tom McCoy.
